Vancouver, BC — April 7, 2014 – Tintina Resources Inc. (“Tintina” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:”TAU”; OTCQX: “TINTF”) announces that it intends to submit an application for a Mine Operating Permit (MOP) to the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Tintina has elected to withdraw its request to construct an exploration decline under an amendment to its exploration license, and determined that it can gain the necessary baseline information to support a feasibility study and Operating Permit application with less invasive drilling operations during exploration. Submission of the MOP application will initiate the Environmental Impact Study (EIS) process for the entire project.
