Rob Scargill

Rob Scargill has over 30 years of experience in the global mining sector, in minerals as diverse as base metals, precious metals, sodium bicarbonate and lithium. He is a qualified Mining Engineer and has managed exploration teams, mineral processing teams in addition to holding CEO roles on both Toronto Stock Exchange and Australian Stock Exchange publicly traded companies.

Rob has been intimately involved in starting or reopening six mining operations, as well as leading major expansions at three other operations. Rob has 20 years of experience in underground mining which ideally suits him to the development of the Black Butte underground copper project in Central Montana. He was based in Toronto, Canada from 2013-2018 and had responsibility for the Natural Soda mine in Western Colorado, USA.

Due to his significant experience in building and running large and/or complex mine developments and operations as standalone business units, Rob has a unique insight into the risks and value-adding opportunities of mineral assets, whether they are existing operations, historical mines, near-development projects or exploration.

John McGonigle

John been in mining for almost 30 years with three international mining companies including Phelps Dodge (now Freeport), Newmont Mining and Lundin Mining. He has worked in Arizona, Nevada, Indonesia, Colorado, Ghana, Michigan and now resides in Montana. Prior to joining Sandfire America Resources, Inc as their CFO, his previous roles include site CFO, site Controller, Exploration & Projects Business Manager and I.T. governance & SAP Business Readiness Finance Lead. He is highly experienced in Continuous Improvement, IFRS, GAAP, ERP systems, Financial & System Controls, Mine Development and Closure accounting. He has obtained 2 degrees in Finance and Accountancy from New Mexico State University and earned his CPA license in the state of Arizona. He and his wife Anna are the proud parents of 5 children and 2 grandkids.

Nancy Schlepp

Nancy Schlepp

Nancy Schlepp has worked for SFR since 2013 and has over 25 years of business world experience through the private sector, publicly traded sector, international trade, communications, legislative relations, and forming public policy at the local, state, and federal level. Before joining the Company, Nancy was the Executive Director of the Montana Taxpayers Association and prior to that was the National Affairs Director for the Montana Farm Bureau Federation.

Previous civic positions include being an elected Meagher County Commissioner for 4 years. Currently, Nancy volunteers on the state steering committee of Women Leading Montana, the Board of Directors for the Montana Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Board for the Montana Taxpayers Association, the Meagher County Community Foundation, and as chairwoman of the Meagher County Planning Board. She has a BS from Montana State University and grew up on a cattle ranch near Ringling, MT.

Nancy and her husband Chris still own and operate the family ranch at Ringling and have 3 children.
